Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Supervisor at Four Points By Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown, located in Kuala Lumpur. The Bar Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the bar, including managing staff, ensuring quality service, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. Additionally, the Bar Supervisor will work closely with management to develop business strategies, manage budgets, ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, and train staff on proper bar and service techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Experience in bar operations, inventory management, and service quality
• Knowledge in health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Relevant certifications in hospitality or bar management are a plus
