Penerangan pekerjaanIdle Equipment Management On-Hire / Off-Hire / One-Way Arrangements Coordinate with lessors and truckers for equipment pickup, delivery, and repositioning related to on-hire, one-way movements. Seal Management Manage seal procurement, inventory, and distribution in coordination with suppliers and the HO team Operational Communication Monitor and respond to daily emails from the logistics team mailbox to ensure timely action on operational requests. Diploma / Degree holder with 2 years' experience in logistics, preferably in handling internal / external empty containers in container liner industry. Those without qualifications with proven record will be considering Work independently with minimum supervision and able to work in a highly dynamic environment Good communication skills both in written and oral (English and Bahasa Malaysia)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Customs Clearance & Compliance
Attend all customs matters for empty containers, including inspections, scanning, and on-site meetings with customs officers.
Ensure urgent and accurate submission of K1, K2, K3 and ZB forms.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding or "hanging" customs forms to prevent delays.
Act as the dedicated contact to manage clear idle empty containers at depots and terminals
Liaise with operational teams to optimize equipment turnaround and minimize storage costs
