About the role

As a Site Manager at T&W CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING SDN BHD, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects in Jenjarom, Selangor. This full-time position requires an experienced professional who can effectively manage on-site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client requirements
Coordinating and supervising construction activities, including monitoring work progress, quality, and safety
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address issues and ensure project objectives are met
Identifying and managing risks, and implementing mitigation strategies
Overseeing the allocation and management of on-site resources, including labour, equipment, and materials
Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies
Providing regular progress reports and updates to project managers and senior leadership
Mentoring and developing junior site personnel to enhance their skills and performance

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager or in a similar construction management role

Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, preferably in the commercial or industrial sectors

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations

Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Ability to effectively lead and motivate construction teams

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders

Proficient in using construction management software and tools

Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
