Penerangan pekerjaanProvide technical support nationwide across the country in Malaysia Test and fix faulty equipment, install, and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware / software faults, and solve technical problems Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality Setting up device for laptops or desktop PC Preparing system and technical relevant reports documentation Get involved in real-world project Being involved in the technical development of products Perform any ad-hoc reasonable assignments request by the managements
Junior Technician
Requirements :
- Malaysian Citizen.
- Have a Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical
- Mandatory experience on hardware assembly and troubleshooting as well as building access gate, kiosk, PC, etc
- Know how to install computer hardware peripherals
- Min 2 years' experience
- Willing to travel
- Possess a valid Driver's License added advantage
- Can immediately report to work
- Can work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skill & a team player
- Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work on flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Fast learner
