Key Responsibilities

Supplier Quality Improvement

Drive suppliers to improve quality through QIT setup, material validation & root cause actions

Manage new / changed material quality control & documentation

Daily Quality Management

Address incoming material issues & non-conformance

• Implement corrective actions and track supplier performance

Support production and QC with real-time solutions

Supplier Audits & Evaluations

Lead audits for new and existing suppliers (product, process, SER)

Monitor supplier compliance with ISO / IATF standards

Reporting & Risk Analysis

Prepare monthly key supplier reports, ECN tracking and risk assessments

Execute supplier rating system and continuous improvement plans

Training & Process Support

Participate in SQE training programs
