About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our client's dynamic team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth running of our sales processes and contributing to the overall success of the company.
What you'll be doing
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing the sales pipeline, and preparing sales reports
- Assist with the preparation and documentations of sales confirmation (Sales Order, Delivery Order & Sales Invoice) with product information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure effective cross-functional coordination
