Responsibilities :

• Define and understand end-to-end (Company & Indi) customer journey in driving portfolio growth.
• Manage overall IT solution implementation plan (i.e., development, testing) and be responsible for the end delivery of change requests (CRs) pertaining to all Retail Banking application software / technology projects associated with to ensure that the software / technology delivers the desired business functionality to the required quality in compliance with the Bank’s business rules & operational process as well as statutory & regulatory obligations.
• Work closely with respective internal & external stakeholders to create a segment stickiness & value proposition by growing the customer product holding (end-to-end process from acquisition to fulfilment stage) as well as to drive acquisition & portfolio growth.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of system enhancement / project work.
• Propose, plan, manage & execute marketing plans & activities according to product strategy to meet Bank goals & objectives.
• Conduct Sales Training to all branches on Value Propositions as well as Marketing Campaign or Leads initiative.
