Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns / activation to support sales and brand growth.
- Plan and execute store POSM to ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer insights to identify opportunities.
- Organise and coordinate store opening events and drive in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and events.
- Manage social media platforms to increase brand awareness.
- Manage and update company website content to ensure relevancy and engagement.
- Track campaign performance, analyse data and report results.
- Work closely with internal and external party for joint campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements
Education & Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
Relevant Experience & Years of Service
Minimum 3-5 years working experience in retail / FMCG industry.
Technical Skills, Professional Knowledge & Competencies
Hands-on, adaptable and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced start-up environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative, or other design toolsGood organizational and project management skills.Good communication and writing skills in English, Mandarin and Malay.What we offer :
