Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design & Development : Design mechanical components, systems, and assemblies using CAD tools. Perform simulations and ensure product functionality, safety, and manufacturability.
• Technical Analysis : Conduct stress, thermal, and performance analysis to optimize designs. Troubleshoot engineering issues during development and production.
• Cross-Functional Coordination : Work closely with internal teams (R&D, manufacturing, QA) to align technical requirements and project goals.
• Supplier & Vendor Management : Communicate design specifications to suppliers, review technical drawings, evaluate prototypes, and ensure component quality and compliance.
• Client & Partner Interaction : Collaborate with external clients, OEMs, or engineering partners to gather requirements, conduct design reviews, and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Support : Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables involving external stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain up-to-date design files, BOMs, test reports, and communication records with external collaborators.
• Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the supervisor or manager.
