Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and understand staffing needs
• Skills in posting job advertisements and conducting background checks
• Proficiency in maintaining candidate databases and using recruitment software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and practices
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in IT recruitment is a plus
