This role will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, designing, and implementing intelligent automation solutions that go beyond traditional RPA, incorporating AI, machine learning, and other advanced technologies to optimize end-to-end business processes. This role will lead automation initiatives, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver significant efficiency gains and enhance customer experience across the bank.
Responsibilities
Functional
- Lead identification and assessment of complex business processes for hyperautomation opportunities, evaluating feasibility, benefits, and strategic alignment with organizational goals.
- Architect end-to-end hyperautomation solutions using RPA, AI (NLP, OCR, Computer Vision), machine learning, and intelligent automation tools, developing comprehensive technical design documents and solution blueprints.
- Oversee development, testing, and deployment of robust, scalable automation solutions while managing project pipelines to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and adherence to governance standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, IT teams, and vendors to define project scope, gather requirements, and manage expectations throughout the automation lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and analysts while establishing automation standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization.
- Monitor performance of deployed solutions, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement by exploring emerging hyperautomation technologies through POCs and pilots.
- Ensure proper documentation of automation solutions and processes, contribute to the bank's automation strategy and roadmap, and present proposals and progress updates to stakeholders and management.
Organizational
Contribute to the overall success of the Hyperautomation CoE by supporting the implementation of the bank's hyperautomation strategy.Participate in knowledge sharing and training initiatives to promote RPA adoption across the organization.Skills & Experience We Are Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field with minimum 5 years of RPA development and hyperautomation experience.Deep expertise in leading RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere) with demonstrable experience integrating AI / ML capabilities into automation solutions.Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex automation projects with significant business impact and measurable outcomes.Strong understanding of AI / ML concepts and practical experience applying them to automation use cases such as intelligent document processing and predictive analytics.Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, VB.NET), databases (SQL), APIs, cloud platforms, and various integration technologies for building robust automation solutions.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with ability to understand complex business processes and identify strategic automation opportunities.Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality standards and stakeholder alignment.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with proven ability to provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
