To provide sales support and coordination with local Customers.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the preparation of quotation time basis with sufficient details and follow up.
  • Liaising with clients for FCL / LCL / Export shipments arrangements, documentations and inquiries.
  • Coordinating with ocean carriers, hauliers, warehouses and local vendors for shipments arrangement and deliveries.
  • Segregation off work to meet shipment arrangements.
  • Attend & assists indoor meetings with customer on related matter.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
  • Handling and understand customer\'s enquiry and respond accordingly.
  • Liaise with customer on the daily basis for shipment arrangements.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Forwarding Department on daily basis for shipment arrangement.
  • Preparation of Job Oder for daily shipment.
  • Undertake any others duties as requested by department head or management.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Logistic / Transportation or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 Year(s) of working documentations and operations experiences in international seafreight forwarding company.
  • Understand Seafreight FCL & LCL documentations (SI to carriers, & Shipping Pre-Alerts), customs clearance and domestics transportation. Airfreight experience is added advantage.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia and preferably with Mandarin Speaking abilities. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Hard working, Good Team Player, independent and self motivated
  • Candidate with higher experiences would be considered for supervisor role.
  • Customs Declaration knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Result oriented and high motivated
  • Able to work independently within tight deadline and under pressure
  • Immediate vacancy
