VACANCY - FINANCE & ADMIN EXECUTIVE (MAJOR IN ACCOUNTING)
JOB REQUIREMENT
Diploma or Bachelor Degree or equivalent; or 1 to 2 years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in Account, Finance, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel & Power Point) and email management.
Good & positive attitude
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide day-to-day accounting operation; accounting & clerical support, manage and control AR & AP matters, Cash Flow and other related financial matters.
Perform daily processing of financial transactions, ensure all the transactions are maintain in an effective, up to date, timely and accurate manner such as verify staff claims, leave and payment.
Maintain a proper filing system for all documents and records.
Ensure the smooth running of the company's overall administrative functions.
Prepare company correspondence (letters, email, tender).
Administer and issue Employment Contracts, Promotional Letters and other staff movement documentation.
Ensure all compensation and benefits related policies are up to date and in line with the current laws of the country, e.g : Employment Act, etc.
Liaise with the auditor to produce annual financial report.
To prepare documents and assist for banking matters.
Responsible to any ad-hoc task as assigned.
Renew and apply for any company licenses as needed.
Travelling, subject to the Company's requirement.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :
i) Accounting / Finance : 2 years (Preferred)
ii) Administration : 2 years (Preferred)
