About the Role
We are looking to hire a results-oriented Business Development Executive (B2B Telemarketing) / Inside Sales Executive to generate and qualify B2B SME leads for our property solutions, playing a key part in our client acquisition efforts. The position involves outbound calling, prospect qualification, and collaboration with the marketing team, all supported by a flexible, work-from-home arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to prospective clients using curated lead lists to generate interest in our property services.
- Qualify leads through effective questioning and needs assessment.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns to engage prospects and convert leads into appointments or sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead lists and optimize sales funnels.
- Provide feedback on call conversion rates and market trends to improve strategies.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, ideally within real estate or B2B sales.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.Ability to speak fluent Mandarin and English to engage with diverse clients.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for data tracking and reporting.Knowledge of the industrial and commercial real estate market is an advantage.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
