Good understanding of alcohol, glasses, brand names and garnishments. Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. About the Role
As a Bartender - Red Sugar, you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality service to guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the bar section before and after service according to Hotel standard.
- Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
