Legal Counsel for APAC (Based in Madrid)

Overview

We are looking for a driven Legal Counsel to support the Asia-Pacific region from Madrid, joining the In-House Legal Team. This is an opportunity to contribute to Fever’s growth in a fast-paced, tech-driven entertainment environment and to develop expertise across international markets. Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions Provide legal support to regional business teams and senior management Research legal issues related to product development and regulatory compliance Provide corporate management support in the region, including for corporate expansion Stay up to date on relevant legislative and jurisprudence developments in APAC Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to prioritise and manage legal matters Manage knowledge and documents, including the preparation and revision of templates and legal guides Participate in ongoing corporate compliance functions Upskilling, support, and growth of other team members Qualifications

Be a practising lawyer with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) Professional fluency in English is essential; proficiency in an additional language is a plus Strong communication and collaboration skills with high emotional intelligence Experience working on international projects or with global teams A team player who is adaptable and eager to learn Location
