About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and perform maintenance and repair of facility systems including HVAC, cleanroom, electrical, mechanical, and process utilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and improvement works to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.
• Handle installation, testing, and commissioning of facility systems, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
• Review technical drawings and specifications, and coordinate with contractors or vendors during project execution.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, and materials, ensuring timely completion.
• Maintain technical documentation and prepare testing or progress reports.
• Perform energy analysis and load assessment to improve system efficiency.
• Support energy‑saving and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote 5S practices and a continuous improvement culture.
• Provide hands‑on guidance and technical support during audits, inspections, and improvement projects.
• Ensure all maintenance operations comply with statutory regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
