The role of the Resident Manager is to provide strong leadership to the team and ensure an efficient and effective running of the hotel. Communication and problem-solving skills are essential with different communities.

Managing and maintain, probably the most beautiful hotel in George Town takes dedication and great attention for details. The candidate must be proficient in hotel software, statutory regulations as well as a skilled trainer.

This position is more suitable for a current Front Office / Operations Manager looking to progress to the next level.
