工作模式

我们是做 education + tech + marketing 的公司,你可以 hybrid 上班(在家 + 办公室),但我们有拍摄日、markethon(创意日)、开会、或大型活动, 需要你在 KL / Selangor 办公。

先讲清楚:我不是一个“好搞”的老板。

我动作快、要求高、不喜欢拖、不喜欢借口。有些人觉得我太直接、太挑剔、永远不满意。没错,因为我身边的人也都是高绩效的。就连我们家的 software developer(整天对电脑那种),都能月入过万、还有 monthly comm。

你每天会做的事:

  • 跑广告、分析数据、不断优化成绩。
  • 帮 教育行业打造 marketing strategy。
  • 产出高转化的 ads 与 landing page。
  • 管理预算、追踪ROI、每天写出简单明了的 performance report。
  • 对接客户、协调团队进度,将整个Campaign流程梳理好、顺利跑完。
  • 研究市场、趋势与竞争对手,找新机会。
  • 不断学习、不断找方法、永不过时

一句话: 我不要“等老板交代”的人, 我要一个有交代、有责任心、能主动能把事做好、把项目跑好的人。

你必须具备:

  • 有实际操作广告投放(Meta / Google / YouTube)经验,能提高 ROI。
  • 积极主动。别人还没发现问题,你已经修好了。
  • 有系统化思维。会用 AI、工具、自动化来提高效率。
  • 能扛压力。广告变贵、算法改版、成绩不好时,你冷静分析、马上重来。
  • 保持正面。不抱怨,不情绪化,只解决问题。
  • 学习力快。不会就学,不找借口。
  • 高度诚信。接触到公司机密,也守得住秘密。
  • 沟通力强。能清楚表达报告、数据,不让别人追着你问。
  • 如果你是完美主义者,我反而喜欢。因为我们相信: 把事情做对,不是浪费时间,而是省时间。

    薪资与福利

    薪资看实力。一般范围 RM4,000 – RM6,000 / 月 ,但如果你够强、够信任我们、愿意一起打仗,我可以 分项目利润 给你。

    Demanding Entrepreneur Seeking Exceptional Digital Marketer

    I'm looking for a highly analytical, creative, and results-driven individual to fulfill a unique set of needs. I'm the busy owner of multiple fast-growing education and technology brands, and I need someone who has the skill and motivation to make my campaigns unstoppable.

    Odds are, this job is not right for you. But, if you happen to possess the skills and personality traits I'm looking for, this may very well be your dream job. Seriously.

    You’ll have the opportunity to work from office and home while being part of an organization that has been changing the way people learn, grow, and build wealth in the digital age.

    If you genuinely love experimenting with ads, analysing data, building funnels that convert, and scaling campaigns that make real money, then this job could be for you.

    But before we go further, I have a WARNING : I’m not the easiest person to work with. In fact, I’m very challenging. I move fast. I’m impatient. I don’t like excuses, sloppy thinking, or wasted ad spend.

    Some people see me as “too direct,” “too demanding,” or “never satisfied.” That happens because I work with other high-performers who expect the same level of excellence that I do.

    Listen, neither you nor I have time to waste. There’s no room in our schedules for long explanations that don’t solve problems, or room for error that costs us data and ROI.

    You need to operate at a high level and have impeccable communication skills so that nothing slips through the cracks, whether it’s campaign tracking, reporting accuracy, or hitting ad deadlines.

    All that said, you must be the type of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and keeps all campaigns, launches, and creative projects running on schedule.

    To do that, I need you to be very organised, a clear thinker, and someone who works quickly. You’ll be building, launching, and optimising ads, tracking data across platforms, coordinating with designers and copywriters, and ensuring every campaign hits its metrics.

    The perfect person for this position looks for any way they might improve performance without being told. This means that my Digital Marketer will spend much of their time ensuring our marketing machine runs like a well-oiled system, one that prints leads and sales predictably.

    You will help me with responsibilities like creating, testing, and scaling Meta, Google, and YouTube ads; tracking conversions and attribution; building new funnels; analysing daily performance metrics; and optimising campaigns for maximum ROI. But, I'd want you to do much more than just managing ads and reports. Your role will also include the following tasks :

  • Planning and executing full-funnel strategies for webinars and product launches.
  • Writing ad briefs and performance reports that make data easy to understand.
  • Researching markets, trends, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
  • Produce high-impact ads and landing pages.
  • Presenting insights to management and proposing new ways to scale campaigns efficiently.
  • Managing budgets, forecasts, and marketing calendars to keep every project on track.
  • In short, the right person has to be willing to do virtually anything that needs to be done, and they have to do it with precision, focus, and enthusiasm.

    The right person is :

  • Has experience managing performance marketing campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Incredibly proactive. They look for what’s broken, fix it, and optimise it before anyone asks.
  • Organised. You have dashboards, sheets, and tracking systems that make chaos impossible.
  • Flexible. When ads tank, when algorithms shift, or when funnels crash, you stay calm and find the answer.
  • Positive. You don’t complain; you test, learn, and move fast. You make the day better, not heavier.
  • Has a super-clean record. I expect integrity, reliability, and discipline.
  • Is an excellent communicator, in written reports, visuals, and marketing discussions.
  • A FAST learner. If you can’t pick up new platforms, you’ll fall behind, and I’ll be frustrated.
  • Understands discretion. You’ll be exposed to private brand strategies and client data, treat them like gold.
  • And bonus points if you’re a perfectionist. There’s nothing wrong with getting things right.
  • Compensation is fully negotiable. I'm willing to pay for the right person. I wouldn't expect to find anyone for less than RM4,000–RM6,000 per month, but I'm willing to pay more if you happen to be amazing. If you are the right person and add tremendous value to our campaigns, you'll come to realize that I’m extremely generous with those who perform.

    I am also open to a hybrid or remote setup. However, I prefer local (Kuala Lumpur / Selangor) so that you can be on-site for filming days, creative brainstorming, or live event campaigns.
