Job Description

The Total Rewards Specialist will develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with our organizational objectives and work culture. The role involves conducting market research, managing compensation surveys, supporting HR budgeting processes, ensuring compliance with legal standards, handling employee health benefits, managing global mobility programs, and performing various HR reporting tasks to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

  • Compensation Management :

Develop consistent compensation policies in accordance with organizational objectives and work culture.

  • Conduct ongoing research on emerging market trends and best practices.
  • Conduct compensation surveys to determine benefits and pay rates.
  • Perform job evaluations and review pay ranges through compensation benchmarking analysis.
  • Conduct job architecture and role / level mapping.
  • Ensure procedures for annual compensation review, promotion, transfer and re‑designation comply with company policy and legal boundaries.
  • Manage and promote the employee benefits portfolio, ensuring consistency and equity across countriesli>
  • Serve as SME for the global mobility policy and advise on global mobility processes.
  • Review existing policies against market standards and propose changes to attract and retain talent.
  • Additional Responsibilities :
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the HR team, translating business imperatives into actionable C&B solutions that drive organizational effectiveness.

  • Participate in key HR projects, including job architecture optimization, incentive plan design, and other recognition programmes.
  • Support management decisions through data‑driven insights.
  • Act as focal point of contact for local HR guidance and escalation of issues.
  • Build partnerships with HR consulting firms and vendors to support a healthy ecosystem.
  • Assist with any other related tasks as assigned by the manager.
  • Experience

  • 4‑10 years of experience in C&B.
  • Exposure to HR practices in multinational corporations.
  • Good business sense and high learning agility.
  • Detail‑oriented and organized.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
  • Can‑do attitude and strong implementation focus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
