Job Description
The Total Rewards Specialist will develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with our organizational objectives and work culture. The role involves conducting market research, managing compensation surveys, supporting HR budgeting processes, ensuring compliance with legal standards, handling employee health benefits, managing global mobility programs, and performing various HR reporting tasks to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
Develop consistent compensation policies in accordance with organizational objectives and work culture.
Serve as a strategic advisor to the HR team, translating business imperatives into actionable C&B solutions that drive organizational effectiveness.
