- Key responsibilities :
- Manage the leaders’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, meeting logistics and conference calls.
- Coordinate and organize travel arrangements and expenses, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and respond or redirect as appropriate
- Act as the primary administrative liaison for the onboarding process for new hires.
- Coordinate with IT to facilitate the set up and delivery of laptops and necessary hardware
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed
- Assist with organising workshops, conferences and initiatives as assigned
- Help coordinate team events, workshops and offsites
- Perform related duties as assigned to support the delivery team(s)
- Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software e.g. COUPA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
