Perform cost-down and value engineering activities to establish cost-effective production processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Perform statistical and technical analysis on production failures, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to improve production capability.
Improve process efficiency and cost through automation and IT initiatives, ranging from minor to major automation projects. Explore opportunities to leverage technology for process optimization.
Your Profile
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with 3-axis or 5-axis CNC knowledge.
3-5 years related working experience, with MNC.
Required knowledge in Double Side & Single Side Polishing.
Experienced in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, NX-Siemens CAD / CAM.
Experience in machine automation & Project Management an added advantage.
