Summary Roles

The Beauty Therapist routinely involves consulting with clients to assess their client's skin and beauty treatment needs, keep pace with client progresses, and services programs. Incumbent must be excellent customer service, a strong understanding of skin and slimming procedures including the ability to stay updated on new beauty trends and products.

Job descriptions

• Conducting detailed consultations to understand client needs, analyze skin types, and slimming features, recommend the appropriate treatments and products professionally.
• Executing a range of beauty treatments strictly followings guides & procedures as set by the Company.
• Advising clients on personalized beauty routines and recommending cosmetic and beauty products to use between treatments.
• Ensuring all tools and equipment are thoroughly sterilized and maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment before performing any treatments
• Managing active appointment schedules, updating client records, and detailing treatments received.
• Staying informed about the latest trends, techniques, and products in the beauty and skincare industry. Attend training assigned by the Company as and when necessary.
• Promote client loyalty through exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Frequently communicate and follow up with clients, clearly explaining treatment benefits and aftercare.
