Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives for the
Vietnam, Malaysia and Cambodia
region of brands and products.
Market Analysis : Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and address potential challenges.Revenue Growth : Drive revenue growth and market share within the region by establishing ambitious sales targets and ensuring their achievement through effective sales planning and execution.Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, dealerships, and industry partners to foster business growth and customer loyalty.New Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and expansion into untapped markets.Sales Forecasting and Reporting : Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and other relevant metrics to provide insights to senior management.Collaboration : Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of customer needs and market insights.Customer Feedback : Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and the overall customer experience.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in sales, preferably within the automotive or tire industry.Strong understanding of tire manufacturing processes, products, and market dynamics.Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Willingness to travel frequently (50%) within the designated region and occasionally internationally.Chinese speaking is preferred.This position is open for Vietnam, Malaysia and Cambodia candidates.
