Job Responsibilities

• Maintain administrative procedures and ensure timely submission of documents according to company guidelines.
• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service, attend to inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• Achieve sales targets according to company guidelines.
• Coordinate sufficient stock levels.
• Maintain in-store merchandising and product presentation.
• Ensure adherence to cash control and stock control procedures.
• Follow SUTL Sports Retailing Policies and Procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your superior.
