Job Function
Assist the Store Manager in supervising sales operations and achieving sales targets.
Outlet : NIKE KLCC
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain administrative procedures and ensure timely submission of documents according to company guidelines.
- Assist Store Manager in daily store operations.
- Provide excellent customer service, attend to inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Achieve sales targets according to company guidelines.
- Coordinate sufficient stock levels.
- Maintain in-store merchandising and product presentation.
- Ensure adherence to cash control and stock control procedures.
- Follow SUTL Sports Retailing Policies and Procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your superior.
Job Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in sports / fashion retail industry.Proficiency in English communication.Experience in retail operations, customer service, sales, and team leadership.Ability to deliver high levels of customer service in a brand retail environment.Skills in conflict resolution, employee coaching, and counseling.Seniority level
