Answer, screen & direct phone calls efficiently. Welcome and greet visitors, in a professional and courtesy manner. Maintain a neat, tidy and organized at reception area.
Responsibilities
- Keep a register and update on all business associates and customers phone numbers and addresses for easy reference and to regularly update staff extension number.
- Oversee in coming and outgoing correspondence, courier service ad distribution of documents.
- Maintain organized filing systems, records and office administration.
- Provide general administrative support to the group HRA.
- Preparing board meeting - arranging table and chair / arranging refreshment and etc.
- Ensure that all lights and air-cond units are switched off when not in use and also ensure that the front door office is open and close as per administration’s guidelines.
- Perform any other job related task as and when needed.
