Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Cost Analyst to join our team in Senai, Johore. The successful candidate will support costing processes, analyze financial and operational data, and prepare cost reports to assist management in decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide insights into cost efficiency and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain cost accounting systems, processes, and procedures.
- Collect, validate, and analyze cost data from various departments.
- Prepare cost reports and conduct variance analysis to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, inventory valuations, and overhead allocations.
- Provide insights and recommendations on cost reduction opportunities and operational efficiency.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, management presentations, and audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and internal controls.
