Operations Assistant – Sea Freight Transport (Port Klang)

Location : Port Klang, Selangor

Working Hours : Monday – Friday

Salary : RM3,500

Ready to be part of a global logistics leader? We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Operations Assistant to keep our sea freight & transport operations running like clockwork.

What You'll Be Doing :

Coordinate import & export sea freight operations from start to finish

Liaise with clearance team & transporters to ensure on-time gate-in / gate-out

Sort, upload & maintain shipment documents (POD) in eDOC

Prepare VGM, IID / IED, shipping notes, ROT & truck bookings

Monitor transport status in the system, ensuring 100% KPI compliance

Support payment processing for CFS charges & transporter invoices

Communicate movement plans to stakeholders to avoid delays

Who We're Looking For :

Minimum SPM / Diploma (Logistics / Supply Chain a plus)

Basic computer literacy & good documentation skills

2+ years experience in sea freight operations / transport coordination

Strong communication & teamwork skills
