WikiFX MY Team is now seeking to recruit a senior social media operations specialist, responsible for formulating and implementing social media content strategies, monitoring interactions, and analyzing data to enhance branding impression and customer engagement.

The existing official accounts have a large number of followers but a low Engagement Rate.

We hope to

restructure the accounts or start from scratch

, and significantly increase organic traffic and brand influence through high-quality content creation, KOL interactions, and social media event planning.

Job Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy Development and Account Management :

Responsible for formulating and executing the overall social media operation strategy, regularly publishing content on major platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), and daily updating and maintaining official accounts. Optimize the publishing frequency and direction in a timely manner by monitoring account data to ensure that the content aligns with the brand positioning and market trends.

  • Content Creation and Publishing :
  • Plan and execute content calendars, create or co-produce high-quality multimedia content such as copywriting and images, and ensure the novelty and attractiveness of published content. Adapt content formats to the characteristics of different platforms and audiences to enhance user attention and willingness to share.

  • Brand Promotion and Communication :
  • Align with the company's brand promotion strategy to increase brand exposure and follower attention through social media channels. Plan special events or collaborate with KOLs for promotion to enhance brand influence and reputation.

  • Data Monitoring and Analysis :
  • Use various analysis tools to monitor the effectiveness of social media operations, track key metrics (such as follower growth, Engagement Rate, exposure, conversion rate, etc.), and continuously optimize the operation plan based on data feedback. Regularly produce operation briefings to provide decision-making references for the team.

  • Event Planning and Execution :
  • Responsible for planning and implementing online social media events to enhance customer engagement and follower stickiness. Coordinate resources, facilitate cross-functional (XFN) collaboration to ensure events are carried out smoothly as planned, and attract target users through creative means.

  • KOL / Internet Celebrity Collaboration :
  • Supports expanding partnerships with industry KOLs and Internet celebrities, plans joint promotions and content co-creation for official social media accounts to enhance social media reach and credibility. Collaborates with external resources for mutual promotion activities, leveraging the influence of opinion leaders to drive real follower growth.

    Job Requirements

  • Work Location :
  • Kuala Lumpur, MY (requires on-site work).

  • Language Requirements :
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English (Malay is not required).

  • Experience Requirements :
  • Possess extensive social media operation

    with over 3 years of

    industry experience. Have successfully managed accounts on platforms such as Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, etc., and have practical cases of driving continuous growth in followers and engagement.

  • Professional Skills :
  • Familiar with the rules and algorithm changes of various social media platforms, possessing excellent content creativity and writing skills. Capable of independently writing Chinese and English release copy, and collaborating with design to produce visual creatives or short videos.

  • Data Analysis Skills :
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.), and well-versed in monitoring and interpreting key social media metrics. Able to identify issues from data and adjust operational strategies to improve content effectiveness and user stickiness.

  • Professional Competence :
  • Have a strong interest and sensitivity in the finance or foreign exchange industry, be familiar with relevant knowledge and terminology, and be able to promptly capture hot topics in finance, economics, and current affairs and transform them into content creatives.

  • Educational Background :
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in journalism, communication, marketing, or other related fields preferred; possess a global perspective and learning ability.

    Preferred Qualifications :

    Experience in creating and operating on short video platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.); those with experience in building social media accounts from scratch are particularly preferred.
