Job Responsibility
Handle calls, emails, visitors, and appointments.
Update student records and databases.
Supervise and assist students when needed.
Manage documents, data entry, and filing.
Maintain office equipment and facilities.
Review Invoices and transactions billed
Support other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess with SPM / STPM / UEC Cert / Diploma in Business Studies / Business Administration / Business Management / Corporate Administration or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Candidates fluent in Mandarin ï¼writing & speaking) as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and to monitor deadlines.
