Overview

About the Role : The role involves establishing and maintaining customer relationships, promoting sales, and ensuring the company's offerings remain relevant in the market.

Working hour : Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities

Establishing, maintaining and updating customer files regularly.
Plans customer calls and ensure wide customer coverage.
Spotting business opportunities, and following up with the orders.
Collecting project information and promoting sales.
Collecting and analyzing marketing information.
Innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business in order to attract new clients.
Possess clear understanding on business requirements, both for the Company and clients.
Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that the Company's offerings remain relevant.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Required Skills

Enthusiast in building good relationships with people.

Familiar with office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Having the sense of responsibility and good communication skills.

Required Language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English or any third language.

High level of integrity, dynamic, persistent, results-driven, positive, highly-motivated and willing to speak up and present themselves confidently.

Possess own transport and valid driving license.
