Your Scope of work

Support Singapore Market for Technology / Engineering Job hiring requirements.

Perform interviews & selection process for potential job seekers and profile to clients

Manage candidates’ expectation by providing compensation details, conducting reference checks till closure of the cases

Ownership of sales pipelines and weekly sales reports

The Ideal Candidate

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field

Prior experience in telesales, engineering or technology is a plus

Self-driven, Positive Attitude, Resilience to change

Financially driven and passionate about recruitment
