Customer and plant commit against demand.

Customer Scorecard management such as On-Time Delivery, Costing, Quality etc.

Perform Open PO Reconciliation including pricing & quantities and Shipment & communicate to customer Open POs in weekly basis

Ensure OE form accuracy and completeness for order entry

Quotation responsibilities such as managing new and periodic re-pricing.

Regular weekly review of metrics and deliverables.

Leads the Customer Focus Team.

Profit and Loss Management.

Periodic visits and hosting Customers (QBRs, New project start-ups, Business Transfers)

Work with CFT and drive Customer Scorecard Improvement (CSI) management

Monitor and act on aged claims eg. 90 days or more

TAT management and ensure execution per MSA, Debit / credit of RMAs – buy-back Pos, Trend analysis

Hub inventory level management

ECO management and tracking including present ECO cost impact to customer and ensure timely closure of ECO cost claim

Facilitates and monitors progress on all New project / product start-ups

Customer point of contact and escalation

Decision Making Authority

Any other duties assigned by Program Manager

Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in program management, customer service and / or planning job function
Work experience in an electronics manufacturing environment will be an advantage
Experienced user of MS Office programs : MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Presentation.
Ability to work under pressure.
Self-motivated nature and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Must be a team player, highly motivated and committed with strong interpersonal skills.
