Job Description

Manage and oversee the preparation of financial reports in compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Lead the implementation of reporting frameworks to improve financial transparency and accuracy.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide timely and accurate financial insights for decision-making.

Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in all financial reporting activities.

Provide leadership and guidance to the reporting team, ensuring skill development and high performance.

Identify process improvements within the reporting function and drive their implementation.

Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and resolve any discrepancies.

Support the accounting and finance department in strategic initiatives and special projects.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Head Of Reporting Should Have

A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with professional certifications being an added advantage.

Comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements in the insurance industry.

Proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with various stakeholders.

Proficiency in financial reporting tools and software.
