production manager

Merchants Global is a food manufacturing factory. The main products are dry cranberry, freeze dried cranberry, nuts. Now as the business expanded, we have a new branch near North Port Klang.

Responsibility

• Establish production management standards processes, including resource allocation (manpower, equipment and production environment), raw material preparation, technology provision, processing and product realization in the production process.
• Responsible to in charge of the processing and manufacturing of food products (Dried preserved fruit, roasted nuts, fruit in syrup, and etc.)
• Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards, in order to produce high quality food products to meet international market standard.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure optimal product quality, quantity and cost efficiency to maximum profit for the company
• Ensure all company regulations and government legislations are adhered to
• Conduct studies to discover ways to improve the efficiency of production processes
• Prepare and present periodic reports to update company management on food production operations.
• Proffering recommendations to management on ways to increase product quality and revenue generation is also part of the functions of a food production manager.
