We are looking for a talented and passionate Project Coordinator to join our growing team and help shape the next wave of timeless, functional and beautiful spaces.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

  • Plan & manage project schedule include coordinating sub-contractor, installation arrangement, control of renovation and interior design related works.
  • Manage staff, overseeing projects and overall project pipeline.
  • To monitor and supervise progress at the project site and ensure that project is completed within the stipulated time.
  • To source and update regularly for new contractors and suppliers for better terms, services and pricing.
  • Progressive site updates to designer and management.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Positive working attitude, self-motivated and able to accomplish task within deadline.
  • Good knowledge in Interior Design industry.
  • Must be a team player and has a positive attitude in facing challenges. Good communication skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork.
  • Applicant ideally able to converse in verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia. Additional dialects (Mandarin or Cantonese etc) are an added advantage.
  • One (1) to two (2) years' experience are advantage.
  • Knowledge in study drawings includes 2D & 3D perspective, layout plan, and detailed drawings is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of statutory and safety regulations / requirements.
  • Able to work in team and well coordinate with designer.
  • Willing to work during weekends / public holidays with extra commissions.
