MERCHANDISER

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate product availability, proper merchandising, and optimized promotional impact in the assigned retail outlets within the designated area.
• Plan and review the priority and execution of daily merchandising tasks.
• Execute merchandising activities within the assigned business area, including the introduction of product portfolios and marketing plans, order processing, market display setups, and in-store merchandising.
• Provide feedback on competitors’ activities and products through the preparation of competition reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize merchandising processes, enhance merchandising plans, and improve customer satisfaction.
