Maintenance Technician

To conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and electrical component to prevent production down-time.

To ensure plant, equipment and machineries are in maintenance good order with proper checking to avoid unexpected problems.

To perform a wide variety of general building machinery and equipment maintenance repairs and services.

To ensure all maintenance duties are completed within the time frame.

To work with contractors as assigned to ensure that work is completed according to specifications.

To respond to emergency calls, review nature of problem and either performs maintenance repair or contacts immediate superior to resolve the problem.

Responsible for alerting the superiors of any unusual occurrence and / or damage that have taken place or that may occur.

To assist in diagnosing breakdown problems related to the equipments and machineries.

Requirements

Possess at least SPM / Diploma or professional certificate in Mechanical / Electricial / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

1 - 2 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.

Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and flexible approach to work.
