Job Responsibilities / 工作职责

• Support plantation activities including planting, cultivation, and harvesting improvements.
• Conduct field visits to collect soil and crop samples for testing.
• Analyze data to identify issues like nutrient deficiency or pest damage.
• Assist in implementing better farming practices and irrigation systems.
• Keep records of farm data, field reports, and crop conditions.
• Prepare findings and reports for management.
• Participate in training programs and share knowledge with field teams.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by your superior.
