Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build scalable applications for various platforms using Flutter
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Monitor the performance of live apps and work on optimizing them
  • Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes
  • Understand end‑user requirements and translate these into effective mobile solutions
  • Ensure the latest industry trends and technology advancements are considered and applied in development processes
  • Ensure the implementation of security best practices

Experience and Knowledge

Required Technical Experience

  • 4+ years in mobile development (Android / iOS), with at least 3 years in Flutter
  • Strong in Dart, Flutter widget lifecycle, BLoC, and async programming
  • Experience in native Android (Kotlin / Java) or iOS (Swift) strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding and experience with image optimization, proper session management, offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
  • Experience with local databases (Drift and SQLite)
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management
