REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years experience in the F&B industry required.
- Basic food safety / hygiene training or certification is advantageous (e.g., food handler licence, HACCP knowledge).
- At least basic communicative proficiency in Malay; English is often required; other languages may be a plus depending on the outlet.
- Physical stamina : ability to stand long hours, lift / carry, work under hot / humid conditions.
- Able to work in a team; take direction from supervisors.
- Good time management; able to work efficiently during busy periods.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, public holidays.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Proactive / willing to learn; adaptable to changing demands in kitchen operations.
- Willingness to take on responsibilities outside the job scope as assigned by top management.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude.Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.Serve food and beverages while ensuring excellent customer service.Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions.Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.Assist with refilling drinks, clearing tables, and setting up for new guests.Work closely with the kitchen and barista team to ensure smooth service.WHAT DO WE GIVE :
