E-commerce Executive (Full-Time, 2 positions)

Flash Gadgets is one of Malaysia's leading retailers of premium lifestyle gadgets, with 3 physical stores in KL and a strong online presence across Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, our own website, and TikTok Shop. Your Role

As an E-commerce Executive, you will help manage and grow our online stores. You will :

List and update products on Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, our website, and TikTok Shop.
Process orders and coordinate with the operations team for delivery.
Reply to customer inquiries and ensure excellent service.
Assist in planning and executing promotions and campaigns.
Monitor stock, sales performance, and generate simple reports.
Suggest improvements and new ideas to grow our online business.
Work closely with the marketing and retail team.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Good command of Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).

Experience with any e-commerce platform (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, etc.) is a bonus, but willingness to learn is most important.

Proactive and able to work independently.

Team player with good communication skills.

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email, etc.).

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with digital marketing or social media.

Knowledge of product photography, copywriting, or design.

Pay : RM2, RM3,750.00 per month
