What you need to do :

  • Identify and establish new business opportunities in the Penang region. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas of growth.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Ensure product availability and visibility in assigned outlets. Collaborate with distributors and wholesalers to optimize the distribution network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and decision-makers. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers, and submission to account department.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports highlighting achievements and areas of improvement. Analyze sales data to develop strategies for increasing sales and profitability.
  • Ensure all sales and marketing activities adhere to local regulations and company policies. Stay updated with changes in tobacco-related legislation in Malaysia.
  • Ensure maintenance and safety of van / truck and products.

    • What we need from you :

  • Min with SPM / SPTM / Diploma / Bachelor's Degreein Business Marketing or equivalent.
  • Min 2 years of working experience in sales managerial role, preferably in Tobacco industry.
  • Required language : English, Malay.
  • Knowledge in driving Van (GDL license)

    • What you need to do :

  • Promote and sell products in retail stores within the assigned territory according to the sales targets and strategies provided by the company (travel by driving van).
  • Maintain and enhance business relationships with retail stores, including regular visits, product training, and sales support.
  • Manage daily sales activities and customer interactions to achieve sales targets.
  • Gather market and customer feedback, communicating it back to the company to help refine products and sales strategies.
  • Consistent and regular achievements of monthly sales KPI.

    • What we need from you :

  • Min with SPM / STPM and relevant experiencesin Business / Sales / Marketing or equivalent field.
  • Excellent sales techniques
  • Required language : English, Malay.
  • Knowledge in driving Van (GDL license)
