BPO CALL CENTRE - Customer service representative
Bilingual candidates in Mandarin & English will be given priority.
Job scope : To attend to customer's billing & utilities related queries and requests.
Channels : Calls & emails
Requirements :
With at least 1-year of experience in customer service.
Preference for candidates with Call Centre experience – Voice & Non-Voice.
Excellent English proficiency (Spoken & Written).
Proficient in Microsoft office.
Swift typing skills.

Training : Taman Bukit Indah / Taman Molek branch
Office / working location : Taman Molek
Working Hours :
Monday-Friday : 8 AM – 5 PM / 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM / 9 AM – 6 PM (Rotational Shifts)
Alternate Saturdays / Sundays : 9AM – 1 PM
Holidays based on Singapore Public Holidays
Remuneration
Salary : RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month (English)
Salary : RM3,100.00 - RM3,400.00 per month (Bilingual English & Mandarin)
Probation period : Minimum 3 months’ probation.
