Purpose

Guides and manages the overall provision of Account and Office Administration services, policies, process, procedures and guidelines for the Foundation. Represent the organization at various meetings, conference, seminars as and when necessary. Support the mission and goals of the organization across all programmes and initiatives.

Account & Finance

  • Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements; collate financial reporting materials and oversee all financial, project / program and grants accounting.
  • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the Board of Trustees; assess any changes necessary.
  • Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process; administer and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes; and keep senior leadership team abreast of the organization's financial status.
  • Handle full set of finance operations such as Account Receivables, Account Payables, Cash Management, General Ledger, Management Reporting, Taxation and Financial Analysis
  • Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting include Budgeting, Tax planning, Compliance with Risk Management
  • Implement a robust financial management / reporting system; ensure that the financial data and cash flow are steady and support operational requirements.
  • Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department's overall policy and procedure manual.
  • Work closely with relevant parties i.e. Auditor, Tax Agent and Statutory Bodies

Office Administration

  • Manage overall administrative activities for the office
  • Responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations including supervising the maintenance of office area, equipment, purchasing office supplies, office equipment etc.
  • Perform administrative work such as filing, sorting and distributing mails
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information
  • Participate in a wide-range projects and events organised by the Foundation
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings with stakeholders, partners; organize logistics, maintain the calendar and provide related support to the Management Team
  • Other Support

  • Support the administration and management of the Foundation
  • Performing other work-related duties as assigned from time to time from the Assistant General Manager & Chief Executive Office
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : From RM2,800.00 per month
