Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair on musical instruments and audio equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing field service support. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and addressing any maintenance requirements for our products.

Qualifications

• Experience in Troubleshooting and Field Service
• Strong Customer Service orientation
• Ability to perform Maintenance tasks
• Relevant technical experience in musical instruments and audio equipment is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Relevant certification in electronics or musical instrument repair is an advantage
