Overview
We’re expanding! BateriLaju is looking for Sales Managers to lead our retail and operations teams across Malaysia. Positions are available in the following regions : Melaka, Ipoh.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual individual sales targets for Durocom Battery.
- Grow regional market share by developing new dealers, retailers, and fleet accounts.
- Monitor and support regional sales performance to ensure alignment with company targets.
- Conduct regular visits to dealers, workshops, and retail points to strengthen customer relationships.
- Provide product training, sales support, and promotional material to partners and dealers.
- Ensure proper execution of pricing, warranty, and brand policies across all regional sales points.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Work closely with marketing and logistics to coordinate product launches, roadshows, and campaigns.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the Head of Sales with actionable insights.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
