We are a STEM edu-tainment company that introduces children ages 5 to 15 years old to robotics and the coding concepts through the use of our patented robot building blocks and easy-to-use coding software.

We are looking to expand our company with a smart, creative, and fun Operations Manager to join our team! The person needs to be independent and driven, with a passion for children's education. The person will be responsible to help manage the operations of our learning centres, our programmes and oversee the marketing execution.

Qualifications of the Operations Manager :

High-energy & passion for education.
Great interpersonal and presentation skills.
Loves challenges and problem solving.

Key Job Roles :

Lead and manage the team to improve operational efficiency.

Coordinate with different teams to foster an exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.

Assess and analyse budgets to find ways to optimise efficiency or profitability.

Enforcing regulatory and safety standards.

Jointly develop marketing plans with the management team.

Build relationships with existing and potential partners.

Follow-up with potential partners and identifying service / product fit.
