Overview
The HR intern will be in charge of supporting the day to day activities of the HR operations function. You will have the opportunity to develop in our HR team, developing a holistic practical experience in all the employee life-cycle's processes as well as support the implementation of the strategic people agenda.
Responsibilities
- Supporting logistic and execution processes for internal training & induction
- Managing and follow up new hires and leavers
- Supporting the HRBP in the Company plan cycle process, monitoring and tracking headcount
- Reporting the HC as per monthly reporting cycles
- Executing general HR customer service for internal
- Supporting daily activities within HR function
Qualifications
Minimum diploma in HR Studies or any related fieldGood knowledge in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel will be primary.Good knowledge in digital tools overallWilling to learn mindset and knows how to multitask.Positive attitude with good communication and excellent problem-solving skillsResourceful, proactive, attentive to details and a good team player
