Responsibilities

  • Build Data Pipelines : Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines and models to support marketing performance analysis and reporting needs.
  • Solve Data Issues : Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data ingestion and transformation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with Teams : Work with internal teams and data consumers to understand requirements and deliver actionable data solutions.
  • Follow Best Practices : Adhere to and support the improvement of best practices in data operations and pipeline management.
  • Leverage Cloud Tools : Work with cloud infrastructure to build efficient and scalable data solutions.

As a Senior Data Operations Associate , you’ll focus on building and managing reliable data pipelines and solving data-related challenges. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of data, enabling analysts and decision-makers to uncover valuable insights. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills who enjoys solving problems and working hands-on with data.

What You7ll Bring To The Table

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in data operations or data engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with relational database systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Clear and effective communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with marketing metrics and campaign measurement.
  • Experience working with clients, particularly in global or US-based settings.
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Exposure to data engineering principles and approaches, with an interest in developing these further.
